3. Print/Save file as pdf and send via email to: membership@citeflorida.org..

4. Once your form has been emailed, return to this page and select PayPal link below to complete the payment portion of your new membership. PayPal will ask for a description, please enter your name. PayPal charges $1.36 for each payment processing. The total will reflect $36.36 on website.
